Washington, D.C - The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) issued a notice of proposed rulemaking in the Federal Register on August 15, 2003 proposing to establish the Dundee Hills viticultural area in Yamhill County, Oregon, within the existing Willamette Valley viticultural area.
