New COLA Rejection Sheet

Please be advised that on June 16, 2003, we will begin using a new COLA Rejection Sheet to communicate corrections and appropriate changes required for label approval. Unlike the current legal-sized document with a checklist format, the new COLA Rejection Sheet will be letter-sized and tailored to your specific application or group of applications. We revised the Sheet to make it simpler and easier to follow.
