At the NMB, Alternative Dispute Resolution Services (ADRS) offers programs for resolving disputes outside of the Board's "A-case" contract negotiations. The NMB offers a range of ADR services, including training, facilitation, grievance mediation and facilitated problem solving, and a range of technology-assisted dispute resolution programs designed to enhance dispute resolution efforts while saving time and money for the Board and the parties.
