To view the DEIS, please go to http://www.mms.gov/offshore/RenewableEnergy/CapeWind.htm. We consider your comments as a valuable contribution to the NEPA process. Therefore, please review the DEIS and submit your comments on this document. Iif you would like to receive an email confirming that we have receipt of your comment, please provide a valid email address in the Commenter Email Address field on the Comment Submission page. Should an error page be displayed upon submission of your comment, please correct the errors and then resubmit your comment. Upon acceptance of your comment and any attachment by MMS's Public Connect System, a confirmation page will be displayed. All comments will be reviewed by the project team and considered in our review. After the close of the public comment period, submitted comments will be available for public viewing.
