The Subcommittee accepted unanimously (7 votes) the conclusions as written, no evidence of carcinogenic activity, for male and female F344 rats and male and female B6C3F1 mice.

Coconut Oil Acid Diethanolamine Condensate (TR-479)

The Subcommittee accepted (7 yes votes) with one abstention the conclusions as written, no evidence of carcinogenic activity, for male rats, equivocal evidence of carcinogenic activity, for female rats, and, clear evidence of carcinogenic activity, for male and female mice.

Diethanolamine (TR-478)

The Subcommittee accepted (6 yes votes to 1 no vote) with one abstention the conclusions as written, no evidence of carcinogenic activity, for male and female rats, and, clear evidence of carcinogenic activity, for male and female mice.

Furfuryl Alcohol (TR-482)

The Subcommittee accepted (6 yes votes to 2 no votes) the conclusions as written, some evidence of carcinogenic activity, for male rats and male mice, equivocal evidence of carcinogenic activity, for female rats, and, no evidence of carcinogenic activity, for female mice.

Isobutene (TR-487)

The Subcommittee accepted unanimously (8 votes) the conclusions as written, some evidence of carcinogenic activity, in male rats, and, no evidence of carcinogenic activity, for female rats and male and female mice.

Isoprene (TR-486)

The Subcommittee accepted (6 yes votes to 1 no vote) with one abstention the conclusions as written, clear evidence of carcinogenic activity, for male rats, and, some evidence of carcinogenic activity, for female rats.

Lauric Acid Diethanolamine Condensate (TR-480)

The Subcommittee accepted (7 yes votes) with one abstention the conclusions as written, no evidence of carcinogenic activity, in male and female rats and male mice, and, some evidence of carcinogenic activity, in female mice.

Oleic Acid Diethanolamine Condensate (TR-481)

The Subcommittee accepted (7 yes votes) with one abstention the conclusions as written, no evidence of carcinogenic activity, for male and female rats and male and female mice.

Pentachlorophenol, Purified (TR-483)

The Subcommittee recommended unanimously (8 votes) that the conclusions for rats be split with the conclusions for the 2-year exposure study at 200, 400, or 600 ppm being no evidence of carcinogenic activity in male and female rats, with the conclusions for the 1-year stop-exposure study at 1000 ppm being some evidence of carcinogenic activity in male rats and no evidence of carcinogenic activity in female rats.

Pyridine (TR-470)

The Subcommittee accepted unanimously (7 votes) with an amended motion the conclusions as written, some evidence of carcinogenic activity, for male F344 rats, equivocal evidence of carcinogenic activity, for female F344 and male Wistar rats, and, clear evidence of carcinogenic activity, for male and female mice.
