Commissioner Moeller's statement on Rockies Express Pipeline LLC et al.
"First, I commend our staff, the pipelines and all interested entities that have worked
together to certificate these very large and important natural gas pipeline expansion
projects. Second, it is important to build adequate energy infrastructure to bring
affordable and reliable supplies of natural gas to consumers and the "REX-West
Related Projects" significantly contribute to that goal. Third, I would like to note
that, in this instance, the West is providing increasing supplies of natural gas from
the Rocky Mountains that will be transported by these three related projects to major
markets in the United States."
