As part of the agency's Environmental Quality (EQ) program, contaminants biologists stationed at the Rock Island Ecological Services Field Office work on pollution issues that affect Federal trust resources. The Rock Island Field Office covers the States of Iowa and Illinois (excluding the counties that make up the Chicago area).
