Central Stanislaus Watershed Analysis

The Stanislaus National Forest conducted the Central Stanislaus Watershed Analysis (CSWA) for an area that includes four river corridors and Highway 108. Two hydroelectric projects exist within the area: Beardsley-Donnells and Spring Gap-Stanislaus. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) licenses for both projects come up for renewal in calendar year 2000. The watershed analysis provides information needed to respond to and participate in the re-licensing efforts.
