08, 2008, in the Joint Chiefs of Staff Flag room, Rear Admiral
Norton C. Joerg was relieved by Rear Admiral Steven M. Talson as
Deputy Judge Advocate General for Reserve Affairs and Operations and
Deputy Commander, Naval Legal Service Command. Admiral Joerg retires
after completing over 32 years of honorable and dedicated service to
our
nation. This service culminated in his leadership of the
Reserve Law Program through unprecedented transformation during time
of war.
