Effective Date: January 1, 2009
The Bureau of Transportation Statistics is issuing this directive as the annual
update to the lists of the Reportable Airports and Reporting Air
Carriers. Reportable airports accounts for 1% or more of the domestic
scheduled passenger enplanements. Oakland International Airport is being dropped
from the List of Reportable Airports beginning January 1, 2009. Reporting
air carriers account for 1% or more of the scheduled domestic passenger revenues. Also
carriers can volunteer to report on-time data. There are no changes in
the Reporting Air Carrier List. For the detailed reporting instructions

For calendar year 2009, there are 19 reporting air carriers:

For calendar year 2009, there are 31 reportable airports that meet the threshold
of over 6.76 million revenue passengers.
