  Project Director Role & Responsibilities
  Question
What are the project director's responsibilities within the HRSA Electronic Handbook (EHB) system? Can multiple Project Directors (PDs) be assigned to a single grant?
  Answer

Project directors from grantee organizations register with the HRSA Electronic HandBook (EHB) system and add the grants under their direction to their portfolios.  This ensures that only authorized individuals from the grantee organization have access to the grant data.

The project director also manages privileges (Start Report, Edit Report, View Report, and Submit Report) for subordinate users.

Each grant project can have only one project director.
