  No-Cost Extension Status

  What is the status of my No-Cost Extension request and is a Final Report required while a grant extension is pending?

To check the status of a No-Cost Extension request, please contact the grants management officer listed in your Notice of Grant Award.

A final report is required until the Grants Office provides a grant award notice extending the project period.  Please contact the HRSA Call Center, CallCenter@hrsa.gov or 1-877-464-4772, Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays), 9 am to 5:30 pm ET, to check the status of your grant.
