Anatomy and Disease Vocabularies updated
caIMAGE utilizes now anatomy and disease vocabularies served by the NCI Thesaurus, a knowledgebase containing the working vocabularies for clinical, translational and basic research used in NCI data systems.
The vocabularies for mouse diseases are a consensus product of the MMHCC Pathology Working Group.

caIMAGE supports new viewer
caIMAGE now supports the Zoomify viewer which allows fast interactive zooming and panning. The advanced version of the viewer is capable of displaying annotations, labels, and notes for an image.

LPGimage Database of Lung Tumor TMAs
The July 1, 2004 issue of Clinical Cancer Research includes the paper "Chromatin Remodeling Factors and BRM/BRG1 Expression as Prognostic Indicators in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer". The image database of lung TMAs can be accessed at LPGimage.
