Fire Restriction Status
Forest Service to Lift Fire Restrictions October 10
The Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit will be lifting fire restrictions for Forest Service lands on Friday, October 10.
Additionally, Fire Management Officer Kit Bailey, in conjunction with local fire chiefs, will open residential burning
on October 8
Fire Situation Report
The Fire Situation Report provides current information on the fire situation on national forest lands in California.
Wildland Fire and Incident Information System
Inciweb is an information management system developed to provide the public with a single source of information related to wildland fire information. The Pacific Southwest Region is participating in Inciweb to efficiently present information on wildfires and other incidents.
