The Automated Conformity Inspection Process (ACIP) automates and standardizes the previously manual procedures and processes used to access, create, submit, revise, print, track and distribute FAA Form 8120-10 Request For Conformity (RFC) used in the Type Certification process within the Transport Airplane Directorate (TAD).

ACIP is used by TAD personnel, RFC applicants, and Designees (DER, DAR, DMIR and ODAR) to produce Form 8120-10 and submit it to any TAD Aircraft Certification Office (ACO) and/or Manufacturing Inspection District Office (MIDO).

For Registered and Authorized Users Only

Register to use ACIP at the Registration & Authorization Database.

For more information, please refer to the ACIP FAQ and On-Line Help.
