RFP No: FERC08-RFP-80148 Directions for Obtaining a Documentation Library CD The CDs with the FERC Documentation Library for the FERC08-RFP-80148 solicitation are now available for pick up. The discs will be available Tuesday, November 27, 2007 beginning at 12:00 noon and will be available through 4:00 p.m. Additionally, the discs will be available Wednesday, November 28th and Thursday November 29th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. After such times, the discs may be picked up by appointment with Karen Curtin at 202-502-8150 or Kevin Woody at 202-502-6715. When you arrive at FERC to obtain the CD, ask the guard to contact Karen Curtin at x8150 or Kevin Woody at x6715. As previously indicated, a non-disclosure agreement must be completed prior to obtaining the CD. A copy may be downloaded from the FERC website and completed prior to arriving (hard copies will also be available at time of pick up). If companies are teaming or have subcontract arrangements, an authorized representative of each organization must complete a separate non-disclosure agreement. Any companies not located in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area may fax their non-disclosure agreement to 202-208-0987. Please include the name and address to whom the CD should be mailed. Please remember that the CDs will need to be returned, along with evidence of destruction of any copies that are made during proposal preparation. The date for return of the CDs will be communicated to the offerors at a time TBD. |
