Abstract	This document, Appenix C, presents the summaries of intelligent transportation systems field operational tests. This is part of the implementation of the national ITS program in a 1996 report to Congress. Tables in the document show operational tests and a funding summary. These tests include Advanced Metropolitan Travel Management Systems, specifically Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS). Tables focus on the following ITS programs: Traffic Control/Incident Management, Traffic Surveillance Systems, En-Route Traveler Information Systems, Pre-Trip Planning Systems, Transit Systems, Advanced Rural Transportation Systems, Electronic Fare Payment, Emergency Notification Systems, Motorist Safety, and Wireless Communications. 23 p., tables
