Abstract	The website for the Lycoming County (Pennsylvania) Commission includes information on economic development, particularly on a housing initiative. Five million dollars is designated for Pennsylvanias new Brownfields for Housing initiative, which promotes affordable housing activities in core communities on previously developed sites. Those sites may include property that was previously developed for residential, commercial or industrial use. Another transportation initiative involves the reconstruction of the Market St. Bridge, a major gateway to the city of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The initial investment in the bridge project creates an opportunity to apply for matching state and federal funds that will enable the reshaping the downtown area. This presentation provides a vision, created by the Lead Partners Team, for downtown revitalization that is both exciting and achievable. Despite these listings, the link to transportation does not work.
