Abstract	Maritime Security Reports are unclassified periodic publications prepared to inform the commercial maritime industry, senior Maritime Administration officials, the Secretary of Transportation's Office of Intelligence and Security, and the Security Subcommittee of the Interagency Committee on the Marine Transportation System. The reports focus on international criminal activity and security issues which pose a threat to U.S. commercial maritime interests and the movement of U.S. civilian cargoes in foreign trade. The reports are intended to increase the awareness of the scope and severity of economic crime affecting U.S. maritime commerce. Most reports contain two or three articles, usually in connection with a specific geographical region, each article a number of pages with extensive listing of references. The reports are in PDF format.
