Policy Analysis & Rulemaking
The Division of Policy Analysis and Rulemaking acts as adviser to OEMR staff, the Office Director and senior Commission officials on economic and policy issues relating to the Commission's regulation of the energy industries. Ensures that significant economic issues arising from regulation of the energy industries are identified early, analyzed and relevant information communicated to senior Office officials. Coordinates identification and resolution of significant issues in docketed workload. Performs outreach to affected industry, state commissions, other regulatory agencies, etc.
