SMA Preston Visits Baghdad Troops
Sergeant Major of the Army Kenneth Preston talks with Fort Hood Soldiers Saturday from 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, during a visit at Camp Taji. Preston talked with Soldiers stationed at the camp north of Baghdad about growing the Army and what they have accomplished during the Global War on Terrorism.

Chuckwaggon Santa
Santa came to the 1st Cavalry Division tree lighting ceremony CAV style on a Chuckwaggon escorted by one of the Cavalry's horse detachment Soldiers. The ceremony was held for 1st Cav Families Dec. 11 on Cooper Feild at the division headquarters.

Tracy Lawrence Visits Fort Hood.
Country music singer Tracy Lawrence had lunch with about 20 Soldiers from the 15th Sustainment Brigade, 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), Dec. 3 at the Freedom Café „ining Facility. The singer was visiting Fort Hood for a CD signing and took the opportunity to have lunch with a few Soldiers.

Recycle Center Wins First at Killeen Christmas Parade

Ricky the Raccoon and the Fort Hood Recycle Team win first place in Killeen’s 46th annual Christmas parade and greet the crowd with their recyclable float of a polar bear hauling a sleigh full of presents.
