The new release, referred to as eFiling v7.0, is scheduled to be placed into production on March 3, 2008, and will implement the provisions of Commission Order No 703, issued November 15, 2007. The major enhancements introduced with eFiling v7.0 are summarized in the Attachment to this notice.
