SES Performance Accomplishment Reporting Guidance

FY2008

The DOI has implemented a new SES Performance Form for FY2008. The FWS has included additional guidance in this
form to make it more helpful for SES members to fill out. The two links below are for the Guidance as well as the FY2008
SES PPARA that SES members will use to populate and report on their FY2008 commitments and accomplishments.

FY2007

The following table contains the guidance for completing the FY2007 SES Performance Accomplishments.
The first file in the table contains instructions on how to enter comments for individual GPRA and PART measures. The
second file contains instructions on how to report the Summary of accomplishments for Elements I-IV of the SES Performance
Plans. The format this year reflects a new, e-Gov solution that should significantly streamline the process that SES members
have used in the past. The Director's Memo at the bottom of the table highlights the advantages of this new process.
