Arts for All, Inc., a non-profit corporation, is a unique blend of the Arts and Human Services. Children improve their language through singing, their coordination through dance, their visual perception through art classes and their thought processes and communication through drama. Each discipline becomes a wealth of learning opportunities that improve the lives of children with and without disabilities.Their program offerings include a Summer Arts Camp and the Third Street Kids Ensemble, an offspring of Arts for All, Inc. and recipient of the 2003 VSA arts/MetLife Foundation Award of Excellence in Arts Access.

North America's largest theater for young people and their families. CTC is rooted in the belief that early experiences with the arts will have a profound effect on children's participation in the cultural life of their communities. Infrared listening systems for deaf and hard-of-hearing people are available free of charge, designated performances are interpreted in American Sign language and wheelchair seating is available.

It also sponsors an intergenerational dance/choreography program for homeless children and older adults.
