Please note Interstate 64/40 is being renovated from Kingshighway Blvd. to Spoede Rd. On December 15, 2008 the second section of I-64/40 from Brentwood to Kingshighway closed.
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION Update
The first section of the new Interstate 64/40 from Ballas Road to Interstate I-170 is open to traffice. Interstate 64/40 from Brentwood Blvd. to Kingshighway Blvd. will close for construction and remained closed to traffic through 2009.

Take I-64/40 East. Exit onto Grand Boulevard. Turn right onto Grand Blvd. The Medical Center is located in Midtown St. Louis at 915 North Grand Blvd. across from Powell Symphony Hall.

Take 1-64/40 East. Exit onto I-170 North. Take I-170 North to the Forest Park Parkway. Take the Forest Park Parkway East to Grand Blvd. Turn left onto Grand Blvd. The Medical Center is located in Midtown St. Louis at 915 North Grand Blvd. across from Powell Symphony Hall.
From the East
Take I-64/40/55/70 West over the Poplar Street Bridge. Continue in the lanes marked I-64/40 West. Take the Grand Boulevard exit. Turn right onto Grand Blvd. The Medical Center is located in Midtown St. Louis at 915 North Grand Blvd. across from Powell Symphony Hall.
From the North - Note that I-64/40 is under construction please use the Alternate Route
Take I-270 South to I-170 South. Take I-170 to I-64/40 East. Exit onto Grand Boulevard. Turn right onto Grand Blvd. The Medical Center is located in Midtown St. Louis at 915 North Grand Blvd. across from Powell Symphony Hall.

From Illinois
Travel west on I-255 from Columbia, Illinois, cross over the JB Bridge and exit at Koch Road. Turn right onto Koch Road. Turn right at the entrance to the VA Medical Center St. Louis, Jefferson Barracks Division.
