Will FERC be accepting comprehensive plans via eFiling and/or on CDs? If so, when does FERC anticipate this will happen? |

Our efiling team has plans to open up eFiling to all submissions and is working hard to move closer to that goal. For documents that are too large to eFile, there are draft guidelines for filing on CD, however certain constraints have held up those guidelines. The team is hopeful that this might be in place as early as Spring 2004.
