Requesting Registration Approval

Note: You must be logged into the Continuing Dental Education (CDE) website and have at least one course in your Selected Courses list to perform this action. If you have not chosen a course yet, please select at least one course before continuing.

Overview

Requesting course approval is the final phase of the nomination process. Once you have selected at least one course, you are ready to process the selections using the Nomination Request Wizard and send the request to your supervisor for approval. The Nomination Request Wizard consists of two parts (prioritizing selections and confirming priorities) that must be completed before sending the request to your supervisor. The CDE system uses the priorities you set here to try and register you in your most wanted course. Once you confirm your priorities, the CDE system sends an email to your supervisor requesting approval. To begin the Nomination Request Wizard, click the “Request Approval” button on the right side of the Course Detail page.

Once your request is sent, you can track the status of your request using the My CDE page.
