1. Print these instructions to be able to easily follow the steps.

2. Click on this link: Market Oversight. Note: The link will open in a new browser window.

3. Minimize all other programs and windows on your computer.

4. At the top of the Market Oversight browser window, click on Favorites and choose Add to Favorites.

5. Go to your favorites and find the link. (FERC: Market Oversight)

6. Drag the link to your desktop.

7. The icon should now appear on your desktop, double click to go to the FERC Market Oversight page.
