Federal Register Notice

NOTE: The Federal Register Notice Inviting Applications for New Awards for FY 2008 dated July 23, 2008, invites interested eligible applicants to submit applications for collaborative work with three Russian universities. The eligible Russian institution for participation in Economics is incorrect in the Notice. The correct institution name is State University-Higher School of Economics. All other information in the Notice is correct.
