The IHS National Diabetes Program has a 20 year history of providing diabetes care and education services to the American Indian and Alaska Native communities. The staff of the Model Diabetes Programs and the Area Diabetes Consultants:
Have been instrumental in identifying educational needs
Had a key role in developing diabetes education resources
Participated in field testing diabetes education material

This program does not take orders over the phone.
Orders are mailed out by Media Mail. It takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks for delivery from the clearinghouse.
