Gov. Blunt Orders Flags Flown at Half-staff in Memory of Commissioner Kent King
JEFFERSON CITY – Gov. Matt Blunt today ordered that all flags at state facilities in Cole and Phelps counties, and at every elementary, middle, junior high and high school in the state, will be flown at half-staff through Sunday in honor of the memory of Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Commissioner Kent King.
