The 2007
edition  of
the VHA Corporate Databases Monograph, which is maintained
and produced by VHA National Data Systems.
- NDS Monograph 2000-2001(Superceded
by Corporate Databases Monograph)
This Monograph was
produced following the establishment of an initial inventory
of databases in late 1998. It, provides introduction,
overview, and features of each actively used VHA corporate
database.
- VHA Handbook for Coding Guidelines
Version 6.0 of this Handbook, is
published on the VA Information Resource Center (VIReC)
Web site through permission granted by the VHA Health
Information Management Coding Council.
- Patient Treatment File (PTF) Coding Instructions
VHA Handbook 1907.04 is a new Handbook (Feb 2008) that provides procedures for completing Patient Treatment File (PTF) Coding, reflecting PTF software changes and updated requirements.
