The Idaho Bureau of Laboratories (IBL) provides educational opportunities on topics of interest to Idaho's clinical and environmental laboratory communities. IBL regularly works with the National Laboratory Training Network (NLTN) to bring quality speakers and trainers to the state. As a member of the Laboratory Response Network, IBL staff remain available to provide seminars and trainings for a wide range of audiences, including healthcare laboratory professionals and first responders. The laboratory is also available to exercise emergency preparedness plans with community partners. IBL frequently hosts teleconference and webinar presentations produced by state laboratories, federal agencies, and professional organizations. A calendar of upcoming presentations can be found below. Laboratory professionals are invited to attend any of these educational opportunities, but advance registration is required.
