Driving Directions

Take I-69 to exit 41, (Muncie/Frankton/IN 332/McGalliard) go approximately 7.5 miles and turn left at Chadam Street (between McDonalds and IHOP restaurant).  Go 0.3 miles and turn right on Purdue Avenue, the clinic is on the left.
