The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is proud to inform you that the new Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC) will open its doors to serve you on November 12, 2008.

The state of the art medical facility is located at 420 N. James Road in Columbus Ohio, (click here for map-hyperlink ). Our hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The current facility located at 543 Taylor Avenue will be closed from November 3 through November 11, 2008. Please refer any questions you may have regarding your healthcare needs during this time to (614) 257-5200.

Can't Make Your Appointment?
Last month, more than 2,000 patients were unable to keep their appointments. Because we did not hear from them, we were unable to reschedule that time for their fellow veterans. If you can't make your appointment, let us help you reschedule.
