Performance Reports

The principal grantee under this program is required to submit an annual performance report on the conduct of the grant and expenditure of funds received. The report includes the following measures:

  • The persistence rate of Stupak scholarship recipients: the percentage of those Stupak scholarship recipients of the academic year immediately past who are currently still enrolled in a postsecondary institution;
  • The graduation rate of senior Stupak scholarship recipients: the percentage of those Stupak scholarship recipients who are seniors at the start of the academic year, who graduate by the end of the academic year; and
  • An efficiency measure: the annual allocation for the Stupak Olympic program divided by the number of successful outcomes (persisters plus graduates).
