The Fremont-Winema National Forests have decided to issue a 20 year special use authorization to approve operations and maintenance of the existing Hickey Reservoir and its associated facilities (dam, spillway, and ditch).

This decision is not subject to appeal pursuant to 36 CFR 215.12(e)(1). No substantive comments expressing concerns or only supportive comments were received during the comment period. This decision may be implemented immediately.
