A New Decentralized Energy Grid.

We desperately need a new Decentralized Energy Grid (DEG). If implemented intelligently, (Thomas Friedman’s Hot, Flat and Crowded) this grid would:
  1. Make America safer from Terrorism and Cyber-Terrorism.
  2. It would put millions of Americans back to work.
  3. It would encourage local green energy generation that would share the profits between the utilities and the consumers.

Thank you,
Rob

We also need to modified our Electric/Energy Grid in this country.  We need the right and smartiest people in the area on how modified our Electric/Energy Grid in our Country.  Just think, this would put a lot of us back to work, also.  This country is stuck in the past on this subject.  We kept on adding but it does not change anything.  People in the winter do not have electric power sometime and in the summer the grid has not been modify for more air condition, etc.

it surprises me that our grid is so interconnected. it is such an obvious terrorist target. i'm all for eliminating threats such as bin laden, but really we need a much better defense before we spend more on our offense.
