Recreationists need to purchase passes prior to visit

Lolo Pass Visitor Center Closed December 27
Powell, ID -- The Lolo Pass Visitor Center, located on the Idaho-Montana state line along U.S. Highway 12 will be closed Thursday, December 27, in observance of the holidays.
Due to this closure, recreationists will need to purchase a recreation pass for use of the area trails prior to arriving at Lolo Pass.
Passes can be purchased at Lolo Hot Springs, Brady’s Sportsman’s Surplus, Pipestone Mountaineering and The Trail Head. Day passes are $5.00 and season passes are $20.00.
Except for this closure, the Visitor Center will be open Thursday – Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, over the holidays.
