The Manager of Stamp Development and Marketing oversees the design, production, distribution, and sale of the Federal Duck Stamp. While working to produce the Federal Duck Stamp the Stamp Development and Marketing Manager serves as a liaison to other government agencies including the U.S. Postal Service and works closely with USFWS contractors, and executes the Federal Duck Stamp Licensing Program.
