Bangor Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)

Bangor VA Clinic opened in March 1996. After completion of an expansion project in 2005, we now serve over 5,000 veterans. Bangor CBOC has a full complement of VA staff providing physical, mental health and administrative services.  There is also a VA Mental Health Clinic on the 2nd floor of the same building.

Driving Directions

Take Interstate 95 North, Exit at #185, Broadway.
Turn left at light onto Broadway.
Go straight to State Street (3rd traffic light).
Turn left onto State Street.
At the next traffic light, turn right onto Boyd Street.
At the end of the street, the parking lot will be on your left.
The clinic is located in 304 Hancock Place building.
