In response to questions received on Friday, CMS has released a newly redesigned web page to collect the 3Rx data. This data entry function is still accessible via the following navigation path: HPMS Homepage > Plan Bids > 3Rx Data Collection. You will find two primary changes to the data entry page:

1) A user can now enter up to 10 rows of 3Rx data per plan ID. This functionality is enabled for all plans. The web page allows the user to expand and collapse these optional rows, as necessary.

2) For employer-only PDP plans, we have removed the regional designation. As described in item #1, each of these plans will have up to 10 rows. Please note that we have migrated any previously entered data into the new format.

We have also found that a number of plans still need to complete the new Pharmacy Technical Help Desk contact and Processor contact in the HPMS Contract Management Module. As you complete this entry, please be advised that CMS will be providing the Pharmacy Technical Help Desk contact to pharmacies for their use.

These data entry activities must be completed by close of business on Wednesday, January 11, 2006.
