Telephone Care

Please contact our telephone care line if you need medical advice, have a question about your medication, or need to schedule a non-urgent appointment. Your location determines which number to use.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • If you are sick and wish to speak to a nurse, press 6.

All Other Hours

Returning Combat Veterans

  • If you are a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom or Enduring Freedom, please use one of our special contact methods.

Release of Information

If you need to get information from your medical records, please contact our Release of Information Office.
