Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management
The Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management Division (HSEMD) plans for and responds to both natural and human-caused disasters. The Division helps to coordinate activities before, during and after emergencies through partnerships with local, state, federal and private agencies.
