State University CASAE: Advancing HIV/AIDS Prevention in Native Communities develops and delivers CBA to organizations serving American Indians, Native Hawaiian and Alaska Native populations at risk for or living with HIV/AIDS. CASAE primarily utilizes the Community Readiness Model, a theory based and nationally known model for successfully building capacity for community and organizational prevention and intervention efforts.
