    Distributed Generation

    Much of the distributed generation now under consideration is either renewable energy, onsite power, which can support demand response, or combined heat and power, which can help address climate change concerns through increased energy efficiency. These areas are being monitored by staff with an eye toward addressing any regulatory barriers at wholesale level that may impede their development.
