Prior to implementing the Final Rule that requires motor vehicle travel only on designated roads, trails, or areas the Forest Service will work with those who wish to participate in the designation process to identify a transportation system that responds to resource concerns, public needs and budget projections.

 

If you wish to participate in the process to determine which roads, trails and areas are open to motorized uses on the Nebraska and Samuel R. McKelvie National Forests and/or the Buffalo Gap, Fort Pierre, and Oglala National Grasslands please complete the following information and send to:
