Tax Savings
As a LANS employee, you can take advantage of the following programs that allow you to have funds removed from your paycheck before your tax liabilities are calculated, which saves you money:

- Members who previously had the HCRA or DCRA or the Definity plan and want to request additional Consumer Account Cards (imaged below), can call 866-755-2648. They will need the group number for this account which is 711467.
- Use your Consumer Accounts MasterCard to pay co-payments or coinsurances associated with eligible prescription, office visit, hospital, ER, vision, dental and mental health expenses.
- Health expenses will be deducted automatically from your FSA account each time you use the Consumer Accounts MasterCard. You will no longer need to submit claims and wait for reimbursement, use personal credit cards, checks or cash to pay for charges.
- If you have destroyed your Consumer Accounts MasterCard, call United HealthCare toll-free at 1-866-680-0994 to request a new card. You will be asked to provide your social security number.
