Case scenario
L.B. is a 26 y/o G3P2 at 18 weeks gestation who has a history of "VD" (venereal disease) four years ago. She was treated with "3 shots" at that time. Current new prenatal labs reveal a positive Rapid Plasma Reagin (RPR) with a titer of 1:4 and a positive fluorescent treponemal antibody absorption (FTA) .
How should she be managed now?
