Group Volunteer Opportunities

Background:

The Mt. Hood National Forest welcomes groups looking for service opportunities.   Opportunities include tree planting, trail work, removal of noxious weeds, fence mending, and continual projects that grow with your group.   Please contact the district nearest you about ways that the forest can help you earn scout badges and meet service or school requirements.

What experience do we need?

We welcome all types of experience as well as little to no experience.  For projects that require the use of tools, we will provide both the training and the safety equipment.
